WALTHER PDP HOLSTER OPTIONS

Finding a holster for a newly released handgun can be a challenge. We put together this quick article to assist you in your pursuit. The Walther PDP Compact and PDP Full-Size models are closely related to the Walther PPQ lineup, but they’re unique in their own right.

That being said, there are a number of holsters currently on the market for these two new PDP models. We are working with a number of holster manufacturers right now to bring you even more options. Hopefully, you’ll find this list useful. If you’re aware of any holsters for the Steel Frame series please let us know so we can keep this article updated!

This Open Top Multi-Fit Belt Holster conveniently referred to as the BH2.4S, offers excellent retention for a wide range of firearms. Our Custom Duty OWB Holsters are handcrafted in the USA from .125″ Boltaron and molded precisely to each firearm for a perfect fit.

Our Level 2 Retention rotating hood is newly redesigned.

Adjustable Level 1 Retention System. Our rubber retention system was designed by us for use specifically with our holsters. Able to hold the most minute adjustments, this advanced system eliminates the need for Loctite or any other thread locking substance.

DARA OWB PADDLE HOLSTER

FITS: PDP 4″ COMPACT / PDP 4″ & 4.5″ FULL SIZE

The Custom Kydex Paddle Holster is made from thicker .093″ Kydex/Boltaron and fastened using Melonite and Zinc coated hardened steel hardware. This holster sits on the outside of the waistband using a paddle belt attachment. The paddle fits between the body and pants securely, catching the belt with two points of contact. The paddle holster offers the stability needed for most everyday activities, and also the convenience of taking the holster on and off quickly. The OWB Holster also comes with the option to purchase a paddle and loop for times when more stability is needed.

Please note that the Paddle Holster will accommodate up to a 2″ belt width, and cannot be used with Duty Belts.

LAG TACTICAL The Kreiger Appendix Carry Holster – AIWB

More than just another “taco” style IWB holster billed as being suitable for Appendix Inside the Waistband carry, the Krieger is the result of years of trial and error and experimentation; with the goal of developing a comfortable, concealable, and above all functional AIWB holster. The Krieger features a slim footprint, a taller sweat guard to cover rear sights, a flared front edge to aid in reholstering, and most importantly a spacer/tongue/belt clip set up that, when used in conjunction with a stiff, quality gun belt, helps to tuck the grip of the gun into the user’s side. This tuck helps to aid in concealing guns with larger grips. A foam wedge is also available as an accessory; this wedge will add a bit of padding to the bottom of the holster, help to push the muzzle of the gun out (resulting in the top of the holster being pushed into the user), and adds a bit more tuck. The Krieger was designed to be user-configurable as well. The foam wedge is attached via velcro strips and is therefore removable, as is the tongue and spacer setup. Removing these items from the holster will result in a more traditional “taco” style holster that would be well suited to the strong side IWB carry. Every Krieger is handcrafted in our facility in Reno, NV, and is covered by our same lifetime warranty: If you break it or have any issues with it, we will take care of you.

PHLSTER FLOODLIGHT – OWB

The OWB Floodlight brings universality from concealment to the range. Compatible with Blade-Tech, G-Code, and Safariland attachments, the OWB Floodlight is ambidextrous and adjustable to fit just about any pistol capable of mounting a Surefire X300 or Streamlight TLR-1. The OWB Floodlight includes a Blade-Tech Tek Lok belt attachment and three adjustment hardware kits to achieve the best fit on your pistol.
